Last year, Adam loved driving around to look at the shiny. Shiny was code for Christmas lights. He'd say "look at the shiny!" and when we'd drive past the house, he'd say "more shiny please!"
This year it's Christmas trees. But of course he doesn't get the tree part, he calls it a Christmas. At work last week they were decorating the tree and he leaned in and whispered, "I like that Christmas." And in our house he wants me to turn on the lights on the Christmas.
